POKER X Tokyo Championship is planned as a premium live poker tournament and entertainment event in Tokyo, Japan, currently expected for May 2027. Exact dates, detailed schedule, event formats, registration windows, venue operations, buy-in structures, prize-related information, and participant requirements remain subject to final confirmation.

The event is currently presented in connection with Tokyo Big Sight and related event-hall planning. Final hall allocation, access routes, check-in areas, media zones, VIP areas, sponsor areas, player areas, and operational layout will be announced after venue and operational confirmation.

The current four-day schedule is a proposed framework. It may include Main Event flights, registration support, Black Elite check-in, Sponsor Team Arena activations, media windows, High Roller or side-event concepts, feature tables, final table coverage, awards, and closing reception moments.

Final schedules, event names, start times, late registration periods, level structures, break times, and eligibility requirements will be announced later.

The current public GTD display is US$2,000,000 GTD, approximately equivalent to KRW 2.5B. Final JPY display, official event exchange rate, buy-in structure, prize-related information, and payout details will be announced after final confirmation.

The GTD display remains subject to event approval, applicable local requirements, final event structure, and operational readiness.

Submitting registration interest through this website does not guarantee event entry, seating, eligibility, prize eligibility, Black Elite approval, VIP access, media access, sponsor participation, Team Arena allocation, or any confirmed right to participate.

Official registration windows, eligibility requirements, payment instructions, identification requirements, and event rules will be provided separately.

Participants may be required to meet eligibility, age, identification, verification, conduct, venue, and legal requirements. Additional requirements may apply to international participants, invited guests, media members, sponsors, VIP guests, or Black Elite applicants.

Black Elite is a planned premium access and membership experience for selected verified participants. Black Elite may involve pre-event verification, card preference selection, private check-in, VIP hospitality touchpoints, and potential partner-enabled benefits where available.

Approval, card issuance, issuer approval, card activation, payment functionality, settlement functionality, VIP benefits, welcome kit content, and partner-enabled benefits are not guaranteed.

Sponsor Team Arena is a planned sponsor-powered team identity and media layer. Participants may indicate preferred exchange, sponsor, coin, or ecosystem themes during registration.

Team preferences may be used for chip design, team presentation, leaderboard storytelling, sponsor activations, and media content. Final team allocation is not guaranteed.

Team-themed chips are standard tournament chips only and do not represent cryptocurrency, token value, deposit value, wallet balance, cash value, or any digital asset right.

Photography, video, audio, interviews, livestreams, social content, sponsor content, and promotional content may be captured during the event. Attendance may involve appearing in event-related media, subject to event media policies, venue rules, accreditation processes, and applicable consent requirements.

Sponsor categories, exchange partner opportunities, payment partner opportunities, hospitality partnerships, media partnerships, and Black Elite benefit partnerships are subject to proposal review, written agreement, local laws, event structure, brand approval, and operational feasibility.

No sponsor or partner relationship is confirmed unless officially announced.

All participants, guests, media members, sponsors, and staff are expected to act respectfully, follow event staff instructions, comply with venue rules, respect designated access zones, and avoid disruptive, abusive, fraudulent, unsafe, or unlawful conduct.

The event team may deny access, revoke credentials, remove participants, or take other action where required for safety, compliance, fairness, or operational integrity.

Unless expressly stated in a written agreement or official offer, participants and guests are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, meals, insurance, visas, personal expenses, and related costs.

Event dates, venue arrangements, schedule, format, services, sponsor activations, media plans, Black Elite features, Team Arena structures, benefits, and operational details may be changed, delayed, suspended, or cancelled due to legal requirements, venue availability, partner decisions, operational readiness, safety concerns, public health issues, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

POKER X encourages responsible, considered participation. Participants should understand tournament rules, manage their own time and resources, and participate within personal limits.
